Tissa Technology is looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** with 0**–3 years of experience in B2B marketing** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance marketing.
This role requires a **creative and data\-driven professional** who can plan and execute marketing strategies to generate quality leads and improve online presence.
- Plan and execute **lead generation campaigns**
- Manage **PPC and SEM campaigns** (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
- Execute **email marketing and marketing automation campaigns**
- Create marketing content such as **blogs, case studies, landing pages, and video scripts**
- Perform **SEO activities** including technical SEO and on\-page optimization
- Manage company **social media accounts** (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare **analytics and performance reports**
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 1–3 years of experience in **Digital Marketing (B2B preferred)**
- Strong knowledge of **Lead Generation strategies**
- Experience with **Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads**
- Knowledge of **SEO and SEM tools**
- Experience with **Email Marketing tools**
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Knowledge of **Google Analytics and HubSpot** is preferred
- Experience with **Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, or Canva** is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred
