We are seeking a highly experienced, performance\-driven, and strategic **Digital Marketing \& Google Ads Manager** to lead our digital marketing initiatives across international markets. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands\-on experience in Google Ads, paid marketing, social media optimization, SEO, and lead generation for B2B IT services and solutions.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, analytical thinking, campaign execution, and team collaboration to drive brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and business growth across global markets including the US, UK, Europe, and other international regions.
- *Google Ads \& Paid Marketing**
- Develop, execute, and optimize high\-performing Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for international markets.
- Optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting to maximize ROI and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Execute A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple markets and currencies.
- Forecast campaign performance and ensure achievement of business objectives and lead generation targets.
- *Digital Marketing Strategy \& Lead Generation**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive international lead generation campaigns targeting B2B clients and decision\-makers.
- Design and optimize marketing funnels, customer journeys, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Execute Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for targeted client acquisition.
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, content, design, and development teams to create impactful campaigns for global audiences.
- *Social Media Optimization (SMO) \& Organic Growth**
- Develop and implement social media optimization strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage content calendars and engagement strategies.
- Optimize social media profiles and content to improve organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Launch and manage organic campaigns targeting international audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and implement trend\-based campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze social media performance and continuously refine strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
- *SEO \& Website Optimization**
* Lead SEO initiatives including
- On\-Page SEO
- Off\-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Utilize SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and related platforms.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- *Analytics, Tracking \& Reporting**
* Implement and manage tracking systems using
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Event Tracking
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- *Market Research \& Innovation**
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI\-powered marketing tools, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices.
- Research competitor activities and emerging opportunities in international markets.
- Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in Digital Marketing and Google Ads management.
- Proven experience managing international marketing campaigns (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or other global markets).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT/Software Services industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Hands\-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms
- Experience managing social media marketing and organic growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
