Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Operations \& Digital Marketing Executive** to manage day\-to\-day business operations, customer communication, order processing, marketplace coordination, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth business operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Order \& Operations Management
- Process and manage customer orders across website, social media, marketplaces, and offline channels.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Track order status and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Maintain order records, invoices, and operational reports.
- Manage inventory updates and stock monitoring.
Telecalling \& Customer Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication.
- Maintain customer database and follow\-up records.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
Digital Marketing Management
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and campaign execution.
- Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
- Assist in marketplace promotions and product listings.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
Marketplace \& E\-commerce Management
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and pricing updates.
- Handle marketplace order processing and support.
Back Office Administration
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Update CRM and customer databases.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi \& English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer\-centric approach and problem\-solving mindset.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Canva, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
