• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **curious and enthusiastic digital marketer** who is deeply interested in understanding **consumer psychology, brand behavior, and audience engagement**. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast by working on real brand challenges.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in planning and executing **digital marketing campaigns** (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Support **social media strategy and content planning**
• Analyze **campaign performance** and extract actionable insights
• Conduct **basic market and competitor research**
• Work closely with the team on **brand positioning and messaging**
• Understand audience behavior and contribute ideas to improve engagement and conversions

• *What We’re Looking For**

• Strong interest in **consumer psychology and brand strategy**
• Basic understanding of:
• Paid ads (Meta / Google)
• Social media platforms
• Funnels, conversions, and performance metrics
• Ability to **think beyond execution** and connect marketing with human behavior
• Good communication and willingness to learn fast

• *Bonus (Good to Have)**

• Hands\-on experience running small campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager
• Exposure to D2C or performance marketing environments
