Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital \& Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about content, marketing, and growing brands online. If you are creative, proactive, and eager to learn — this opportunity is for you.
Punjabi language is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Social Media Management
Manage and execute content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
Plan, schedule, and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite
Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement
Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
2\. Content Creation \& Writing
Create engaging scripts for Reels, Shorts, posts, and stories
Write captions, scripts, hooks, and marketing content
Assist in shoots, basic video/photo editing, and content planning
Stay updated with social media trends
3\. Digital Marketing \& Campaign Handling
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Manage basic paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Handle promotions, offers, and lead generation campaigns
Track campaign performance and optimize results
4\. AI Tools Usage
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Flow , veo and other tools for content creation
Generate ideas, captions, scripts, and campaign strategies using AI
Improve productivity using automation tools
5\. Email \& WhatsApp Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Write email content and promotional messages
Handle WhatsApp marketing, broadcasts, and customer engagement
Follow up with leads and maintain communication
6\. SEO \& SMO (Search \& Social Optimization)(Preffered)
Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Keyword research and content optimization
Optimize social media profiles and posts (SMO)
Improve visibility and reach across platforms
7\. Performance Tracking \& Reporting
Monitor performance using insights and analytics tools
Track engagement, reach, views, and conversions
Maintain reports in Google Sheets / Excel
Requirements
Punjabi speaking is mandatory
Gurbani/Gurmukhi knowledge will be preffered
Freshers / 0–2 years experience can apply
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing \& Social Media
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
Knowledge of SEO \& SMO
Good content writing and communication skills
Basic understanding of email \& WhatsApp marketing
Willingness to learn AI tools and new marketing trends
Creative mindset and interest in content creation
Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools is a plus
Execute Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
