The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth through various digital channels.
*Key Responsibilities**
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads
Facebook \& Instagram Ads
LinkedIn Marketing
YouTube Campaigns
Email Marketing
SEO \& SMM
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for sales growth.
Handle social media presence and content strategy across all digital platforms.
Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams for campaign execution.
Improve website ranking through on\-page and off\-page SEO activities.
Create monthly marketing reports with insights, ROI analysis, and performance recommendations.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of:
SEO/SEM/SM
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Social Media Marketing
Email Marketing
Content Marketing
Experience with marketing tools such as:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Canva
HubSpot/Mailchimp
WordPress
*Preferred Qualifications**
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience in e\-commerce, healthcare, recruitment, or service\-based industries preferred.
Knowledge of video marketing and influencer collaborations is a plus.
