We are seeking a skilled and experienced **PPC Specialist** to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in **Google Ads and Meta Ads** campaign management, with a strong ability to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize ROI. • *Skills \& Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• **Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience** managing both **Google Ads \& Meta Ads campaigns**, preferably in the **real estate industry**.
• Proficiency in **Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager**, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Knowledge of **SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels** is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
• Creative thinker with a results\-driven approach.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy \& Execution**

• Develop and implement comprehensive **PPC strategies** (Google Ads \& Meta Ads) aligned with client business objectives.
• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across **Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Social platforms**.
• Write engaging ad copies and collaborate with the design team for impactful creatives.
• Define and implement audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures for maximum performance.

• *Optimization \& Analysis**

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve **CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and ROI**.
• Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify best\-performing variations.
• Implement and manage **conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation**.
• Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.

• *Market Research \& Compliance**

• Conduct thorough **keyword research** and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest **Google Ads \& Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policies**.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform guidelines and brand standards.
