We are looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4–6 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness through data\-driven marketing strategies. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to maximize ROI. Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, remarketing, and social media marketing initiatives. Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high\-performing marketing assets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Track and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform dashboards. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content creation, campaign optimization, and reporting. Requirements: 4–6 years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing. Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Good understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing automation. Proficiency in using AI\-powered tools for marketing and content generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast\-paced environment. Preferred: Experience with e\-commerce, D2C, or consumer brands. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Advertising.
