Position Overview
ISSM Business School is seeking a results\-oriented and strategic **Digital Marketing Business Manager** to lead the institution's digital marketing initiatives, student acquisition strategies, brand\-building efforts, and business growth programs. The role requires a professional who can combine marketing expertise, data\-driven decision\-making, and business acumen to drive admissions, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing \& Business Growth
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with admission and revenue targets.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns to increase student enrollments across undergraduate, postgraduate, executive, and certification programs.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Collaborate with academic and management teams to position ISSM Business School as a preferred education destination.
Digital Marketing Management

- Manage marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing workflows.
- Drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Admissions \& Lead Generation
- Build and manage student acquisition funnels.
- Generate qualified leads through paid and organic channels.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with admissions teams to improve inquiry\-to\-enrollment conversion.
Brand \& Communication
- Develop and maintain a strong digital brand presence.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and online reputation.
- Coordinate creation of marketing collateral, videos, testimonials, webinars, and success stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Analytics \& Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports on:
- Lead Generation
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rates
- Website Performance
- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Use insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Team \& Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and media partners.
- Manage creative development, content production, and campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives within budget.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing specialization preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, Training, or Professional Education sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving enrollment or sales targets.
