Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for Opera Garden, a premium ready\-to\-move residential township adjoining Sector 20, Panchkula.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, optimizing advertising campaigns, and implementing marketing automation systems to maximize sales conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Create and execute monthly content calendars.
• Publish engaging posts, reels, stories, testimonials, and project updates.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers.

Paid Advertising

• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and site visits.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, ROAS, and campaign performance.

Lead Generation \& Automation

• Generate high\-quality leads for 3 BHK, 3\+1 BHK, and 4\+1 BHK apartments.
• Integrate Meta Lead Forms with WhatsApp and CRM systems.
• Manage AiSensy, WhatsApp Business API, and automation workflows.
• Design lead nurturing journeys through WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Call campaigns.
• Ensure timely lead allocation to sales teams.

Content \& Branding

• Videos
• Testimonials
• Brochures
• Blog Articles
• Landing Pages
• Email Campaigns
• Maintain premium luxury branding across all digital channels.
• Highlight project USP's, amenities, location advantages, and customer success stories.

Website \& SEO

• Manage website updates and landing pages.
• Improve organic search rankings.
• Optimize local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Monitor website traffic and user behaviour.
