• *Job Description:**

Digitex Technologies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AEO, GEO, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in executing multi\-channel campaigns, managing high\-budget advertising campaigns, leading teams of 10\+ members, and handling international client projects (UK and USA).

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.

· Plan and implement On\-Page strategies and Off\-Page (backlink) strategies for all projects, supporting staff where needed.

· Plan, manage, and optimize high\-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

· Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) projects.

· Have deep understanding of AEO and GEO, and be able to successfully plan what is required to ensure all clients are getting high levels of AI overview mentions, AI citations and quoted in AI responses to relevant short and long tail questions.

· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

· Lead and manage SEO and SMO teams, including a team of 10\+ members.

· Manage international projects and coordinate with global clients.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize ROI.

· Stay on top of all client campaigns, diving in to help under\-performing projects or under\-performing staff members, to ensure results are achieved.

· Take responsibility for all project results, helping staff with necessary strategic requirement and with required results.

· Ensure timely project delivery and smooth coordination between teams.

• *Requirements:**

· 6–10 years of managerial experience in digital marketing.

· Strong knowledge of on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO.

· Proven experience managing high\-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

· Practical experience working on AEO and GEO projects is mandatory.

· Experience in Email Marketing and campaign management.

· Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10\+ members.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Experience managing international projects and clients.
