We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all digital channels.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Lead Generation \& Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Generate high\-quality leads for business loans, taxation, compliance, startup consulting, and insurance services.
- Monitor and improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.
Social Media Management
- Oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
SEO \& Website Optimization
- Lead on\-page and off\-page SEO activities.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Coordinate website updates and landing page optimization.
Content Marketing
- Develop content strategies for blogs, articles, videos, reels, newsletters, and case studies.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Marketing Analytics \& Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
Brand Building \& Partnerships
- Strengthen Calzone's online presence and reputation.
- Build partnerships with industry influencers, business communities, and startup ecosystems.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 5\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
Pay: ₹14,401\.01 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
