Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Identify growth opportunities across channels (paid, organic, partnerships)
Lead long\-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2\. Performance \& Revenue Ownership
Own key metrics like ROI, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth
Oversee campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Scale high\-performing campaigns and cut underperforming ones
Build performance dashboards using Google Analytics and other BI tools
3\. Team Leadership \& Management
Lead and mentor digital marketing teams (ads, SEO, content, social)
Set KPIs and ensure accountability across team members
Hire, train, and develop talent
4\. Brand \& Campaign Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Approve campaign strategies, creatives, and messaging
Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams
5\. Innovation \& Experimentation
Drive A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and funnels
Explore new platforms, tools, and automation technologies
Stay updated with trends (AI in marketing, privacy changes, etc.)
6\. Funnel \& Customer Journey Optimization
Oversee full marketing funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
Improve conversion rates and user experience
Implement retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies
7\. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
Present performance reports and strategic insights to senior management
Align marketing goals with overall business objectives
8\. Budget \& Vendor Management
Manage large\-scale marketing budgets efficiently
Allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI
Handle agencies, vendors, and external partners
