Position Overview
Jai Roop Textiles Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead the company's digital presence, brand development, lead generation, and AI\-powered marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and marketing automation.
The role will focus on increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, improving website performance, and supporting domestic and international business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Build brand awareness for Jai Roop Textiles across domestic and international markets.
- Create annual and quarterly digital marketing plans.
Website \& SEO
- Improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, technical SEO, and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion performance.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through digital channels.
- Develop and manage lead\-generation campaigns.
- Create landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Track lead quality and ROI.
Content Marketing
- Create content related to textiles, fabrics, dyeing, sustainability, and industry trends.
- Manage blogs, newsletters, case studies, and product content.
- Coordinate content creation with designers and external agencies.
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
- Create engaging content calendars.
- Improve follower growth and engagement.
Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance and budgets.
- Monitor cost per lead and campaign ROI.
AI \& Marketing Automation
- Utilize AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency.
- Implement marketing automation workflows.
- Manage CRM\-based lead nurturing campaigns.
- Explore AI\-driven analytics and customer insights.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Monitor key marketing KPIs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
