Roles \& Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across multiple regions
Manage inbound lead generation activities and coordinate with inside sales teams for lead
follow\-ups
Create engaging marketing content including emails, landing pages, blogs, newsletters,
and campaign assets
Handle and monitor social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and other
professional channels
Execute 360\-degree marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead conversion
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and analyze marketing metrics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Support SEO activities and paid marketing campaigns including Google Ads and
LinkedIn Ads
Maintain and manage CRM and lead management tools effectively
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign execution and project delivery
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and dashboards using MS Excel and
PowerPoint
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B IT services or IT
consulting companies
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound lead generation
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT services and IT consulting industry
Minimum 1 year of experience handling 360\-degree marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of email marketing and campaign management
Excellent content writing and communication skills
Experience with CRM and lead management tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
