Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and improve online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and audience growth.
• Create and schedule content calendars in collaboration with the content and design teams.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with creative, sales, and management teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and e\-commerce marketing.
• Experience in the jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
