We are looking for a performance\-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can drive growth through Meta and Google advertising while collaborating closely with the content and brand teams to build high\-performing marketing campaigns.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of content creation for performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in scaling D2C brands, driving website traffic, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and building full\-funnel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
This role requires a blend of performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and brand\-building capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROAS and marketing efficiency.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data\-driven improvements.
Content \& Creative Strategy
- Develop performance\-focused content strategies for digital campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and agencies to create high\-converting ad creatives.
- Generate campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, hooks, and content angles for customer acquisition.
- Identify winning creatives and scale successful campaigns.
Brand \& Product Building
- Collaborate with product and brand teams to launch and scale new products.
- Develop full\-funnel marketing strategies that support brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Understand consumer behavior and market trends to create effective growth strategies.
- Contribute to brand positioning and communication planning.
Analytics \& Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Monitor KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPC, CPM, and Customer LTV.
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports for management.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Website Growth \& Conversion Optimization
- Drive qualified traffic to the company website.
- Work with internal teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Implement growth initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Desired Candidate ProfileMust Have
- 4–8 years of hands\-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Proven track record of driving website traffic, leads, and sales through paid media.
- Strong understanding of content creation for performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with D2C brands, preferably in Health, Wellness, FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Products.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in launching and scaling consumer brands.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content\-led growth strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
