PM Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (OPPO) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative, localized, and audience\-focused marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion through a mix of on\-ground activations, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community\-driven strategies.
· **Local Marketing Campaigns:**
Plan and execute region\-specific marketing initiatives targeting consumers at the city or community level. Organize and manage offline activations such as community fairs, pop\-up stores, and festival sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and build strong local connections.
· **Influencer Marketing:**
Identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators to promote OPPO products. Develop authentic campaigns that drive trust, engagement, and brand credibility among target audiences.
· **Cross\-Industry Collaboration:**
Establish strategic partnerships with businesses across industries (e.g., retail, fitness, lifestyle) to co\-create marketing initiatives. Leverage shared audiences to expand customer reach and generate mutually beneficial opportunities.
· **Campus Engagement Programs:**
Design and implement marketing activities focused on students and young consumers. Partner with colleges and universities to sponsor events, conduct competitions, and host interactive sessions that position OPPO as a youthful and innovative brand.
· **Niche\-Based Marketing:**
Develop targeted campaigns for specific interest groups and communities such as photography enthusiasts, tech users, and lifestyle segments. Build strong engagement through tailored messaging and community\-driven initiatives to encourage word\-of\-mouth growth.
· **Social Media Marketing:**
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
· **Product Marketing \& Advertising Strategy:**
Develop marketing strategies for launching and promoting new products. Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful advertising campaigns.
· **Team Leadership \& Development:**
Lead, mentor, and train a team of Marketing Associates to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
· **Campaign Analysis \& Optimization:**
Review current marketing campaigns to identify gaps or weaknesses. Develop cost\-effective solutions and optimize strategies within budget constraints to maximize ROI.
· **Market visit**
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· 5\-8 yrs of relevant experience
· Proven experience in Digital marketing, brand management, or related roles
· Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior
· Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development
· Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing tools
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
· Creative thinker with a data\-driven approach to decision\-making
· Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
