Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, performance\-driven, and strategic **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, campaign management, content strategy, analytics, and client communication. The candidate will be responsible for driving online growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and overall digital performance for internal and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
Manage paid marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement to strengthen brand presence.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI.
Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams to execute effective digital campaigns.
Manage website performance, landing pages, and conversion optimization activities.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Handle client communication, understand marketing objectives, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong client management and presentation skills

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
