As part of our digital growth strategy, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative **Digital Marketing Manager** who can lead our digital efforts, strengthen our online presence, and drive measurable results.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and manage **digital marketing strategies** across platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Run and optimize campaigns on **Google Ads** and **Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads** to meet performance goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive **SEO strategy** to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
• Create and manage **social media calendars**, ensuring timely and relevant content across all platforms.
• Analyze performance using **Google Analytics** and other marketing tools to derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring **innovative tactics** to the table.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Track KPIs and ROI for all digital marketing activities, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies as needed.

• *Requirements:**

• 5–6 years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and strategy planning**.
• Experience in **creating and executing social media calendars** for different platforms.
• Proficiency in tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite**, and other current marketing platforms.
• Excellent understanding of performance metrics, audience segmentation, and user behavior.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies for brand visibility and engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience working across multiple industries or in a multi\-brand environment.
• Familiarity with tools like **SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite**.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
