- *Job Description \& Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth\-oriented **Digital Marketing Manager** to take the marketing of SpacesbyU to the next level. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in **performance marketing, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategies**, with the ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive business growth and brand performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive website sales and brand growth
- Manage and scale campaigns across:
- **Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax \& YouTube Ads)**
- **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)**
- Conduct keyword research, audience planning, and remarketing strategies
- Monitor and improve campaign performance based on **ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and revenue goals**
- *Analytics \& Data Interpretation**
The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking tools, including **Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel \& Conversion Tracking, Google Merchant Center, and Google Search Console**.
Responsibilities include
- Analyzing campaign and website performance
- Identifying optimization opportunities
- Preparing performance reports and actionable insights
- *SEO \& Website Optimization**
The candidate should have a good understanding of **On\-page SEO, Off\-page SEO, Technical \& Ecommerce SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis**, with the ability to support both organic growth and website performance improvement.
Responsibilities include
- Improving website rankings and organic visibility
- Optimizing product and category pages
- Suggesting website and conversion improvements
- *CRM \& Retention Marketing**
The candidate should have hands\-on experience in **customer retention and lifecycle marketing**, including **email marketing automation, WhatsApp marketing, SMS marketing, and retention campaigns**, with the ability to improve customer engagement, repeat purchases, and retention.
- *Creative Direction \& Content Understanding**
- Ability to guide creative direction for performance\-oriented marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and content that drives engagement and conversions
- Coordinate with design/content teams for marketing creatives, landing pages, and campaign execution
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads \& Meta Ads**
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in working with **E\-commerce / D2C brands**
- Proven problem\-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI content \& ad creative tools
- *Compensation \& Incentives**
- Salary: **₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month** (based on experience and skillset)
- **Performance\-based incentives for achieving growth and marketing performance goals**
- Minimum **3\+ years of hands\-on experience** in **Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing**
- Experience with **D2C or E\-commerce brands preferred**
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Media
- Google Ads Certifications preferred
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
