**Campaign Management:** Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
**Website \& CRO:** Maintain our web presence and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests to turn casual traffic into leads or buyers.
**Paid Media Execution:** Manage the day\-to\-day budgets and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maintain a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
**Content \& SEO Strategy:** Work closely with content creators or agencies to ensure our blog, website, and landing pages are fully optimized for organic search.
**Analytics \& Reporting:** Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (KPIs and ROI). You will turn raw data into weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.
**A/B Testing:** Design and execute continuous growth experiments—testing headlines, ad creatives, landing pages, and email flows.
Key Requirements \& Skills
**Experience:** 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful multi\-channel campaigns.
**Tool Proficiency:**
*Analytics:* Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
*Paid Tech:* Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
*SEO:* SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
*Automation/Email:* HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
**Analytical Mindset:** Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to build pivot tables, analyze trends, and draw clear conclusions from campaign data.
**Project Management:** Strong organizational skills to manage creative assets, copywriting deadlines, and campaign launch timelines simultaneously.
