This role is performance\-driven, and salary incentives will be linked to the achievement of defined KPIs and KRAs. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Create and publish 1 graphic post daily across social media platforms. Create and publish 1 video post/reel daily. Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns. Improve brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Social Media Growth Increase social media followers by a minimum of 10,000 followers per month across platforms. Improve engagement rates, reach, and audience interaction. Build B2B and B2G audience communities. Lead Generation \& Sales Generate qualified B2B and B2G leads for: Borewell Submersible Pumps Monoblock Pumps Electrical Fans Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline. Coordinate with management for quotations and order closure. GeM \& Tender Management Manage Government e\-Marketplace (GeM) activities. Search and identify relevant tenders. Prepare and submit bids within deadlines. Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements. Track bid status and follow up with authorities.
