Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing \& Social Media Executive to manage online marketing activities, generate leads, and improve brand visibility for solar energy solutions. The candidate will handle social media platforms, digital campaigns, content creation, and lead generation activities.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and online advertising platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Digital Marketing**

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for solar products and services.
• Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

• *Social Media Management**

• Manage company social media accounts such as: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business
• Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand reach.

• *Content Creation**

• Prepare marketing content including: Posters, Reels, Videos, Captions, Brochures, Promotional creatives
• Coordinate with design/video editing teams.

• *Lead Generation \& Follow\-up**

• Track incoming leads from digital platforms.
• Coordinate with sales team for lead assignment and follow\-up.
• Maintain lead data and campaign reports.

• *Website \& SEO Support**

• Support website updates and content management.
• Assist in SEO activities to improve online visibility.
• Monitor website inquiries and customer engagement.

• *Performance Analysis**

• Analyze campaign performance using: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

• *Market Research**

• Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends.
• Suggest new campaign ideas and promotional strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Support branding and online customer engagement activities.

• *Required Skills**

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Content writing and creative thinking ability.
• Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Any Educational Degree
• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field is a plus.

• *Preferred Experience**

• 1 to 5 Years experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Freshers with strong creative skills can also apply.
