We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile **Digital Marketing Specialist** to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should be well\-versed in all key areas of digital marketing, from SEO and PPC to content creation, email marketing, social media, and analytics.

• *Key Responsibilities:** **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**

• Conduct keyword research and implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website structure and content for improved visibility in search engines.
• Perform regular audits and generate SEO performance reports.

• *Pay\-Per\-Click (PPC) \& Paid Advertising**

• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor ad spend, CTR, CPC, and ROI; make data\-driven decisions for optimization.
• Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

• *Social Media Management**

• Develop and implement content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance.
• Track trends to maximize engagement and brand visibility.

• *Content Marketing**

• Plan and create high\-quality content including blogs, landing pages, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to produce relevant multimedia content.
• Ensure content is optimized for both users and search engines.

• *Email Marketing**

• Build and execute email campaigns and marketing automation flows.
• Segment lists for personalization and increased engagement.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.

• *Marketing Analytics**

• Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms.
• Provide actionable insights based on KPIs and conversion metrics.

• *E\-Commerce \& Affiliate Marketing**

• Manage product feeds, campaigns, and promotions on e\-commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, performance, and compliance.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CMS (e.g., WordPress), landing page tools.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 per month
