Position Overview
We are looking for a data\-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our multi\-channel digital marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to expand our digital presence, drive high\-quality traffic, optimize conversion rates, and build strong brand engagement across local and digital spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution \& Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and targeted display advertising campaigns.
Social Media \& Content Strategy: Manage and grow our presence across key social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging content schedules and write copy tailored to different audience segments.
Lead Generation \& Performance Marketing: Design and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on customer acquisition, tracking cost\-per\-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Analytics \& Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against business goals (KPIs). Turn raw data into actionable insights for future growth.
Website \& Conversion Optimization: Monitor website and landing page traffic using tools like Google Analytics. Identify trends and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Local Marketing Alignment: Collaborate on localized growth initiatives, ensuring digital campaigns resonate with community trends and target specific geographic hubs effectively.
Qualifications \& Skills
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
Analytical Tools: Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
Paid Media Expertise: Hands\-on experience managing budget and execution for Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Content \& Design Savvy: Familiarity with content creation tools (like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
Copywriting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing catchy ad copy, captions, and newsletters.
Tech\-Forward: Comfort utilizing modern AI tools and automation platforms to streamline marketing workflows and content generati
