• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and hands\-on **Digital Marketing Executive** who can own our brand’s digital presence from end to end. The ideal candidate will not only strategize and manage digital campaigns but is also expected to be a self\-starter who can **shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content**, as well as **travel for site visits** to capture real\-time project/company milestones.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Video Production \& Editing:**
• Shoot high\-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and corporate updates) using smartphones or professional cameras/gear.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform\-optimized video content using industry\-standard tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• **Social Media Management:**
• Plan, schedule, and consistently **post videos and creative content** across all major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social trends, audio trends, and hashtags to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• **Site Visits \& Field Media Capture:**
• Travel to various company sites, project locations, or client spots to capture live footage, photographs, and behind\-the\-scenes content.
• Transform on\-site visits into compelling visual stories that highlight company work and projects.
• **Digital \& Performance Marketing Support:**
• Assist in planning and executing overall digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) and suggest improvements.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or video production.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficiency in mobile/camera videography, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong command of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) and graphic design basics (Canva/Photoshop).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• **Mobility:** Willingness to undertake occasional site visits and travel as required for content creation.
• **Attributes:** Creative mindset, strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive "get\-things\-done" attitude.
