About the Role
Synergy IT ( www.synergyit.com ) are looking for a highly creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Professional who can take complete ownership of our online marketing and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in organic SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and website management.
This role is best suited for someone who combines marketing creativity with technical skills and can independently implement website changes, build landing pages, optimize conversion funnels, and generate qualified leads online.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high\-quality leads.
- Optimize lead generation funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data\-driven insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize ROI.
SEO \& Organic Growth
- Plan and execute on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic through proven SEO practices.
Google Ads \& Paid Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
- Improve Quality Scores, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Generate measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
Social Media \& Brand Awareness
- Manage company social media channels and content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Build brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms.
- Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
Website \& Technical Marketing
- Make website updates and modifications independently.
- Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns.
- Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Creative \& Design
- Design marketing creatives, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Work with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Create compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Organic SEO and Technical SEO.
- Hands\-on expertise with Google Ads.
- Proven experience in online lead generation.
- Social media marketing and content strategy experience.
- Ability to make website changes using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, HTML/CSS, or similar platforms.
- Landing page creation and conversion optimization skills.
- Graphic design capabilities using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3\+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or website development.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and lead generation results.
