Digital Marketing Specialist

• *Experience:** 1 to 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital communications.

• *Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM):** Design, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Monitor metrics like Cost\-Per\-Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS),

• *Search Engine Optimization (SEO):** Execute on\-page SEO, optimize website copy, research keywords, and improve organic search visibility

• *Social Media Management:** Maintain active company profiles, plan content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the online community

• *Email Marketing:** Create promotional newsletters, design email campaigns, write persuasive copy, and track open and click\-through rates.

• *Content Creation \& Website Updates:** Draft blog posts, web copy, or landing page content, and update site elements via Content Management Systems (CMS)

• *Data Analysis \& Reporting:** Track performance using tools like Google Analytics or GA4, pull campaign reports,

• *Market \& Competitor Research:** Monitor competitor activity, analyze industry trends, and help adjust strategies to stay connected

• *Having knowledge of video shoot :**video creation through the AI
