Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results\-driven Digital Marketing Strategist / Social Media Manager to manage and grow multiple client brands. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, performance marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy \& Planning
- Develop digital marketing strategies for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and X.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Define and track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and engagement rate.
Social Media Management
- Create engaging content plans and write compelling captions and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content production.
- Manage social media accounts and community engagement.
- Execute Reels, Shorts, and trend\-based content strategies.
- Coordinate influencer and UGC campaigns.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Perform audience, creative, and copy A/B testing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets and performance.
- Implement and manage Pixel, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Client \& Team Coordination
- Attend client meetings and present campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with creative and development teams.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content schedules.
- Stay updated on platform changes and digital trends.
RequirementsMust\-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of SEO and Email Marketing.
- Experience handling Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or Retail clients.
