About the Role
Wowels is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, expertise in digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
\* Coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.Foster a collaborative and high\-performance work environment.
\* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
\* Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
\* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
\* Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
\* Implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies.
\* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
\* Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
\* Create and supervise the development of marketing creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
\* Experience
\* 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
\* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role.
