Planet Earth is a Delhi\-based non\-profit organisation working towards environmental sustainability, mental health awareness, and sustainable innovation. Through campaigns, events, educational initiatives, community engagement, and digital storytelling, we aim to create meaningful impact and inspire positive change.
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and mission\-driven Digital Marketing \& Video Editing Intern who is passionate about content creation and wants to build a strong portfolio while contributing to social impact initiatives.
The selected intern will work closely with the Founder and core team to create engaging digital content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through videos, understands social media trends, and wants hands\-on experience in building a purpose\-driven brand.
- Edit short \& Long\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, professional social media content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and visual enhancements where required.
- Assist in planning and organising content shoots.
- Travel occasionally with the Founder or team members for event coverage, content creation, interviews, campaigns, and field activities.
- Create basic social media creatives and visual assets.
- Maintain organised content folders and digital media libraries.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, hooks, formats, and editing styles.
- Assist in content scheduling and basic digital marketing activities when required.
- Support coverage of environmental, sustainability, mental health, and community events.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, or similar software.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content formats.
- Good visual storytelling and creative thinking ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in sustainability, social impact, environment, mental health, or community development is preferred.
- Students pursuing graduation or post\-graduation.
- Freshers looking to build practical experience.
- Content creators, video editors, digital marketing enthusiasts, and media students.
