Job Title: Senior Direct Marketing Executive (Night
Shift)
We are looking for a highly motivated and result\-oriented Senior Direct Marketing Executive for the Night
Shift to manage outbound lead generation activities for both services and product\-based business
offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email
marketing, and B2B lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients,
generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting business growth through direct marketing
initiatives in international markets.
Execute direct marketing and lead generation activities for services and product\-based solutions.
Handle cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting activities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Identify and connect with decision\-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through continuous follow\-ups.
Coordinate with sales and business development teams for smooth lead conversion.
Work on international markets including the USA, UK, Middle East, and other regions.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new outreach strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands\-on experience in lead generation and outbound marketing.
Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar platforms.
Strong negotiation and follow\-up skills.
Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
3–6 years of experience in direct marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or outbound sale.
Experience handling international clients and B2B lead generation campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Understanding of digital marketing and international business outreach.
Experience working with IT services, SaaS products, or technology solutions will be preferred.
