Battlefield is embarking on a transformative journey to redefine how quality is built, validated, and delivered. We are looking for a visionary **Director of Engineering** to lead the execution of our AI Transformation strategy within Battlefield Quality Verification (QV).

Reporting to the Head of Software Quality \& Technology – Battlefield QV, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing how quality is delivered across one of the world's most iconic gaming franchises. You will lead the adoption of AI\-powered workflows, tools, and capabilities that accelerate development, improve efficiency, and elevate the player experience.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how AI reshapes quality engineering at scale, partnering with leaders across Battlefield, QV, and central EA technology organizations to build the future of software quality.

• *What You'll Do**

### **Drive Strategic Transformation**

• Lead the execution of Battlefield QV's AI Transformation strategy, translating vision into measurable business and product outcomes.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to modernize workflows, tooling, and operating models.
• Accelerate the adoption of AI\-enabled solutions that improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and developer productivity.

### **Lead Delivery and Operational Excellence**

• Own planning, execution, governance, communication, and reporting across the Battlefield QV AI Transformation portfolio.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
• Establish clear success metrics and accountability mechanisms to measure impact and value creation.

### **Build and Scale High\-Performing Partnerships**

• Foster trusted partnerships across Battlefield development teams, QV organizations, and central EA technology groups.
• Lead external vendor engagements to augment delivery capacity and accelerate outcomes while maintaining accountability for quality and execution.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through strong communication, data\-driven decision making, and strategic leadership.

### **Manage Risk and Enable Success**

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with large\-scale technology and AI transformation initiatives.
• Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and support needed to successfully adopt and scale AI\-powered solutions.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 10\+ years of experience leading the delivery of large\-scale software engineering or technology transformation initiatives within digital entertainment, technology, or related industries.
• Proven track record driving AI adoption and integrating AI\-powered workflows into engineering, development, or operational practices.
• Strong program and portfolio leadership experience, with the ability to drive execution across geographically distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in fast\-paced environments.
• A strategic thinker who combines vision with execution and thrives in highly collaborative environments.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
