Purpose of the Job
Support the Head of Corporate Finance in structuring, negotiating and securing value\-accretive M\&A transactions and strategic partnerships for ENGIE India, while ensuring capital discipline, rating awareness and covenant alignment in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
The role acts as financial structuring lead and value gatekeeper across transactions led by Business Development, strengthening ENGIE India’s Corporate Finance function in line with Group standards and increasing transaction complexity.
