Document Verification Executive

A **Document Verification Executive** is responsible for checking the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of documents submitted by clients or candidates. This role is common in banking, finance, healthcare, and human resources (for background verification) to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Core **Responsibilities**

• **Verification \& Authentication**: Review identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport), educational certificates, and financial records to ensure they are legitimate and not forged.
• **Discrepancy Management**: Identify and flag mismatched, incomplete, or suspicious information. Escalate potential fraud cases to senior management or specialized risk units.
• **Data Entry \& Record Keeping**: Accurately input verified information into company databases or Management Information Systems (MIS) and maintain organized digital and physical files.
• **Stakeholder Coordination**: Communicate with internal departments (like HR or Sales) and external entities (like educational institutions or previous employers) to confirm details.
• **Reporting**: Prepare daily or periodic status reports summarizing verification outcomes, including "Verified," "Mismatch Found," or "Pending" statuses.
• **Compliance**: Adhere strictly to company policies, legal requirements, and data protection laws to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal information.

• **Attention to Detail**: Must have a keen eye for spotting subtle errors or forged details in paperwork.
• **Computer Proficiency**: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and specialized document management software.
• **Analytical Skills**: Ability to cross\-reference data from multiple sources and identify potential risks.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for formal reporting and professional interaction with clients.
• Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
