About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and result\-oriented Domestic IT Recruiters with 2–4 years of experience in end\-to\-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for clients across various technologies and domains within India.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring processes.
- Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
