It is worldwide known for the production \& research into Bentonites and other clay minerals, as well as for their transformation into valuable applications and solutions for our customers. Our products are used, for example, for metal casting, the formulation of paints, detergents, ceramic tiles and paper, for the clarification of wines, for waterproofing waste dumps, for Civil Engineering sites for piling, diaphragm wall, barettes, tunnelling and other Civil Engineering applications and for cat litter production.

We are looking for dedicated **Drilling Fluids Technician – Civil Engineering** to join our team located either in Mumbai or Kutch.

*QUALIFICATIONS:**

· Degree in Chemistry/ Civil Engineering/ Mud Engineer

· Basic Knowledge of written and spoken English

· Minimum 3\-4 years of experience within Civil Engineering projects at field sites

· Ability to maintain quality standards and product testing

· Conversant with MS Office applications

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Self\-motivated, high energy with strong ability to deliver results

· Capable of work independently

*JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The role requires visiting and **staying at** different civil engineering/ project sites PAN India, coordination and control of testing and technical support activity at customer project sites. The tasks typically are performing:

· ensuring the proper usage of the products at the project locations as per laid down procedures

· monitoring fluid volumes and maintaining technical and consumption data for performance

· run daily bentonite/ polymer mud tests for performance parameter checking and maintenance

· working out the material resources needed by the project and co\-ordinate with supply chain team

· monitoring product standards and performance and supporting Quality Control Department for quality\-control programs;

· formulate and adjust fluid mixes based on soil conditions and to counter unexpected occurances at the project location itself

· resolve fluid loss or contamination issues to prevent bore hole collapses

· liaising among different departments and with Company Headquarters , as well as external counterparts as required

· supporting Technical Sales Manager to implement company's policies and goals;

· ready to travel to different project sites PAN India, **stay at the job sites if required** **for few days** and ensure smooth operations at respective locations.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
