*Job Title:** E\-Commerce Account Manager**Job Summary**

The E\-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing online marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and maintaining strong relationships with e\-commerce platforms and clients. This role focuses on improving online performance and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day account operations.

*Key Responsibilities**

Manage and grow accounts on e\-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
Monitor sales performance, pricing, and inventory levels
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer support)
Handle account health metrics and resolve platform\-related issues
Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with marketplace policies and industry trends

*Required Skills \& Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in e\-commerce or marketplace management
Hands\-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO basics
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
