E-Commerce Account Manager

• *Job Title:** eCommerce Operations \& Customer Support Executive

• *Location:** Delhi \-Pitampura
• *Shift Timing:** 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented eCommerce Operations \& Customer Support Executive to manage marketplace operations, product categorization, issue resolution, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and experience working with online marketplaces and customer service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate with clients and provide regular updates on ongoing tasks.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and present updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve process quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Document processes systematically and create SOPs for smooth operations.
• Support and guide team members to enhance production and service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and ticketing systems (No Voice Process).
• Track customer orders and provide accurate shipping and delivery updates.
• Resolve order\-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction and complete resolution.
• Approve refunds and discounts only after obtaining client approval.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Categorization and Listing Management.
• Identifying and fixing issues across online marketplaces.
• Supporting customer service operations through email and chat.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and client management skills.
• Experience with eCommerce marketplaces and backend operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience with ticketing systems and email support platforms is preferred
