E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive (Business Growth Specialist)

We are looking for a **Creative E\-Commerce \& Digital Marketing Executive** who can take complete responsibility for our online business growth. The candidate should have experience in managing marketplaces, website marketing, social media, and digital advertising while bringing fresh ideas to increase sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and other marketplace accounts
• Improve product listings, SEO, keywords, pricing, and promotions
• Manage website growth, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Handle social media platforms and content planning
• Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Analyze sales and marketing performance reports
• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Suggest and implement creative strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility
• Coordinate with management to achieve business growth targets

Required Skills

✔ 2\+ years of experience in E\-Commerce and Digital Marketing

✔ Strong knowledge of Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and online marketplaces

✔ Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing

✔ Experience with website management (Shopify/WordPress preferred)

✔ Ability to analyze data and improve performance

✔ Creative thinking and problem\-solving skills

✔ Strong communication and execution abilities
