• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented E\-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing e\-commerce platforms, coordinating with marketplaces, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day operations across e\-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce.
• Manage product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information.
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, orders, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, dispatches, pricing, and product availability.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly e\-commerce sales and prepare performance reports.
• Analyse marketplace performance, sales trends, product\-wise performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, offers, product visibility, and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace events.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of product catalogue, pricing, offers, and inventory.
• Maintain regular MIS and reports related to e\-commerce sales and operations.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–2 years of experience in E\-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales Operations.
• Good understanding of e\-commerce operations, product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced FMCG/D2C environment.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Health \& Wellness, Nutrition, or D2C brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
