E-Commerce Executive

• *Job Summary:**

Divya Creations is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **E\-commerce Executive** to manage and grow our online sales of fine gold and diamond jewelry in international markets. The role involves handling product listings, online customer inquiries, custom jewelry costing, international buyer communication, and supporting business development across global e\-commerce and B2B platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in e\-commerce operations, a good understanding of gold and diamond jewelry, and confidence in handling overseas customer communication through email and Alibaba.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings for gold and diamond jewelry on international e\-commerce platforms and company website.
• Create accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and upload high\-quality product images/videos.
• Maintain product catalog with complete details including metal color, diamond specifications, sizes, SKU codes, and pricing.
• Prepare product costing and price quotations for **new custom jewelry designs** based on CAD, images, or customer references.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for costing, development feasibility, and delivery timelines for new custom orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and product discussions with international buyers through **email and Alibaba Trade Manager**.
• Communicate with clients regarding product customization, pricing, revisions, order follow\-up, and approvals.
• Share quotations, product details, and images with buyers as per requirement and ensure timely follow\-up.
• Manage and respond to buyer inquiries received through Alibaba and other online B2B channels.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Optimize product visibility through SEO keywords, category management, and marketplace best practices.
• Assist with promotions, email campaigns, and online sales support activities.
• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with design and merchandising teams for launching new collections online.
• Ensure listings and product information comply with marketplace and international jewelry standards.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in e\-commerce operations or jewelry merchandising.
• Good knowledge of **gold and diamond jewelry products and terminology**.
• Experience in **jewelry costing and quotation preparation**.
• Ability to understand customer requirements from CAD, images, sketches, or references.
• Experience handling customer communication through **Alibaba and email**.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong follow\-up and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Understanding of online marketplaces and product listing processes.
• Knowledge of SEO/product keywords is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
