We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented E\-commerce Executive to manage our fashion brand’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media, managing product listings, engaging with customers, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
*Key Roles and Responsibilities**
Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on fashion trends and audience engagement
Upload, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, sizes, and variants) on e\-commerce platforms
Write compelling and trend\-focused product descriptions aligned with the brand voice **Coordinate with design and photography teams for product shoots and content**
Handle customer queries related to products, orders, sizing, and returns in a professional manner
Ensure timely response to messages, comments, and reviews across platforms
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for inventory updates
Stay updated with current fashion trends and competitor activities
Coordinate end\-to\-end e\-commerce processes including order flow, inventory updates, and internal team alignment to ensure smooth operations Knowledge Skills **Education: Graduate or any related field**
Experience: 1\+ Years of experience
Strong communication skills with a customer\-first approach **Basic knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and online retail**
Basic knowledge of photo editing tools or Canva
Understanding of online sales strategies and promotions
Experience in influencer coordination or collaborations
