We are seeking a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across multiple online channels.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and marketing copy.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or e\-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Video editing and content creation experience.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation strategies.
