Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated eCommerce Executive to manage our online product listings and catalog for our clothing/apparel line. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are accurately represented online and that our catalog is up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• **Product Listing Management:** Create, update, and maintain product listings on eCommerce platforms.
• **Catalog Management:** Organize and manage the online catalog to ensure all products are accurately categorized and described.
• **Data Analysis:** Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to optimize product listings.
• **Market Research:** Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to recommend improvements for product listings and promotions.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and inventory teams to align product availability with promotional strategies.
• **Customer Support:** Address queries related to product listings and assist customers in navigating the eCommerce platform.

Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 2\-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the clothing/apparel/garment industry.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
• **Soft Skills:**
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
