E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive E\-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, and improving overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Upload, update, and optimize product information, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor marketplace performance and sales metrics.
• Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, or marketplace portals.
