Knowleage of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other platforms
Your responsibilities will include
Owning and managing the end\-to\-end e\-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion
Driving sales performance across all e\-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives
Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives
Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
Monitoring and analysing e\-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools
Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels
Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
