Inventory monitoring is essential, requiring close coordination with warehouse and procurement staff to prevent shortages. Processing and tracking customer orders, along with handling returns, refunds, and exchanges, form a core part of the role. The executive will manage accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales initiatives. Utilizing analytics tools, they will assess sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior to guide decisions. Working with digital marketing teams, they will enhance product visibility and conversion rates. Additionally, the role involves observing competitor pricing and market trends, and compiling regular reports on sales, inventory, and performance. This position is located in Maharashtra, India.
