E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented **E\-commerce Executive** to manage inventory, handle order processing, and oversee online sales operations. The ideal candidate should be well\-organized, have basic knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, and be able to efficiently manage stock levels while ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

• *Key Responsibilities:Store Keeping Duties:**

• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products systematically.
• Keep track of stock movements, damages, and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

• *E\-commerce Handling Duties:**

• Manage online store listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing updates.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, and refunds.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to improve online sales.
• Ensure timely restocking of fast\-selling products.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to run online promotions and offers.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or e\-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and billing processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle workload efficiently.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
